Ordering and Shipping Information
Havex accepts orders 24/7. We process orders in the order they are received, prioritizing expedited shipping options to ensure timely delivery. Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. However, during peak seasons, processing times may extend due to the high volume of orders.
All shipments originate from our facility in Austin, TX, and are delivered via USPS, UPS, or DHL. We ship across all 50 U.S. states and internationally, following standard methods from these carriers.
Please note: FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Holiday Season Notice: Due to high order volume, processing times during the holiday season may extend up to 5 business days.
Returns Policy
At Havex, we offer a 10-day return window. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Several items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Select health and personal care products
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note a $10 restocking fee applies for customer-initiated returns.
Missing Items or Damaged Products
If you are missing an item from your order, please notify us at havexwellnes@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be processed.
In special cases (such as travel or bereavement), documentation may be required to support your claim.
We aim to resolve missing or damaged item issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. If a tracking number has been generated, the order is in transit, and you will need to follow the return process.
- A $10 restocking fee applies to canceled orders that have not yet shipped due to non-refundable payment gateway commissions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, you must report it within 5 days for domestic orders or 4 weeks for international orders. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed as lost, reship your order free of charge (subject to stock availability).
Please note that we are not responsible for losses due to theft or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Options
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days
Limited options are available depending on the destination.
International Shipping and Duties
We ship to select international destinations via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs, along with any duties or taxes incurred.
Order Limitations
International orders are subject to a maximum purchase limit of $1000 or 20 items per order.
